Yes. Post comments with threaded replies, full Messenger conversations answered as your Page, and even Page reviews all arrive in the inbox in real time. You can reply, like, and delete comments, editing an existing comment isn't supported on Facebook.
Yes, roughly the last four months of published posts and Reels import automatically when you connect, with duplicates skipped. Stories aren't imported.

No, Facebook Stories are media-only: no caption is shown and they don't support comments, so there's no first comment either. Mydrop still schedules photo and video Stories like any other post.
