Scheduled media content: Mydrop allows Users to schedule and publish media content, such as photos or videos, on various social media platforms. To enable this functionality, we store the media files provided by Users temporarily until they are successfully published. Once the publishing process is completed, these media files are promptly deleted from our servers.

Scheduled messages: Users can schedule messages to accompany their media content when posting on social media platforms. These messages are stored securely and associated with the corresponding scheduled post.

Timezone: We collect the User's timezone to ensure accurate scheduling and posting of content according to their preferred time settings.
Personal name (optional): Users have the option to provide their personal name as part of their profile information. This information is used for personalization purposes and to enhance the user experience within the App.

Personalization information: The profile information, including the number of followers and follows, and the personal name (if provided), are retained for as long as the User's account exists within the Mydrop App. If a User decides to delete their account, all personalization information associated with their account will be promptly deleted.

Scheduled media content: Once the scheduled media content is successfully published on the respective social media platforms, we delete the media files from our servers. We do not retain any copies of the published content after it has been shared with the social media platforms.
We adhere to data minimization principles, meaning we retain User data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and in compliance with applicable legal requirements.

We store authorized and non-authorized data retrieved from YouTube API services for a duration that does not exceed 30 days. Any data related to YouTube that is stored on our servers and is older than 30 days will be automatically and irreversibly deleted. This is in line with YouTube's requirement that API Clients must not display or store statistics retrieved as Authorized or Non-Authorized Data for more than 30 days.

Limited Audience: If LinkedIn member data is collected for the purpose of managing a specific LinkedIn Page or Profile, it will be displayed only to individuals associated with that Page or Profile.

Data Storage Requirements
Storage Duration: Most LinkedIn member profile data will only be stored for 24 hours, and member social activity data will only be stored for 48 hours, in line with LinkedIn's Data Storage Requirements.

Data Minimization: Mydrop will only request LinkedIn member data that is required for the application's functionality.
Unapproved Use Cases
No Social Feeds: LinkedIn member data provided via our Community Management APIs will not be used for any social feed use case.
No Prohibited Uses: The data will not be used for advertising, sales, or recruiting, or any other use cases that are not allowed under LinkedIn’s API Terms.
